I always drive by this place and not even pay much attention to it I am so glad I finally gave them a try. The food is soooo good! I want to try everything on the menu! Cute little place with a very cozy atmosphere. You won't have room for dessert but you need to try there cheesecake it is amazing!! Will definitely be back again soon! 😁

Didn't know what to expect going there at first. From the outside you can't see in. When you enter, the interior is this cool older style pub (?) vibe. Not sure how to explain that. But it was cool. Our server was very helpful. The lunch portions were enough for lunch and the pasta, sauce and meatballs were very good.

We always love the Pasta Factory! Varied menu with lots of choices including a nice selection of wines and cocktails. And this carb fan loves the basket of warm Italian bread with your choice of butter or olive oil. The bar is a nice hangout on nights where you have to wait for a table. Delicious food without the hassle of parking downtown. There’s good reason why this Columbia tradition is still around even after changing location.

Very good food and service was great. Portobello mushroom appetizer was a bad idea for the money. One mushroom small may I say and some tomatoes with sauce. Was good but not enough to justify the price.

Delicious!! Had the shrimp Alfredo, spaghetti, portobello mushrooms appetizer and grilled chicken salad and chicken Marcella. All amazing!!! House Italian dressing the side of vegetables and the bread with olive oil also amazing Would definitely return.

This is the best pasta place in Columbia and top 5 overall restaurants in town as well! Everything is always great! Jessica is usually my server and she is ALWAYS on top of everything! She is incredibly pleasant and does a great job! She makes the experience even better! Great Job pasta factory!

Have dined at this establishment for some time and always had good food and usually good friendly service. We went tonight and was told it was a 30 minute wait. We waited and waited and still didn’t get called. Checked back and was told it would be yet another 30 minutes. They had empty tables against the bar AND empty tables in the rest of the dining area. The two young people greeting was acting like they didn’t really know what they were doing. We left. I called and asked to speak with the manager and got the owner. I began explaining my complaint and she immediately became defensive and acted as though it was my fault. She said we never seat the tables by the bar. Well, dumb question, who has tables in a restaurant that they never seat? That’s absurd! She was dismissive and acted as though she could care less about my business because it’s parents weekend at Mizzou. So, she can hope parents weekend will sustain her business throughout the year and regular customers like me will go to restaurants where I feel my business, my money and my family are welcomed.
